The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, has brought Indian ADR laws abreast with the rest of the world. India is a signatory to the New York Convention on enforcement of foreign awards. We assist in all ADR matters.  We represent clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings.  Our aim is to aid in effecting settlements between parties rather than to litigate, which although transparent can be a long, drawn out affair in India. We have strong relationships with members of industry who can act as independent arbitrators, in cases where arbitration has to be resorted to.
