We are well-established banking sector. We had been working as standing Counsels for various Nationalized & Private sector Banks, Corporate, and other government and Semi-Government organizations for their various cases. The litigation team has considerable experience in diverse areas such as The Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act 1993; The Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002; SICA 1985 and The Constitutional Law.
